Christine is a Dublin-based visual artist with particular expertise in photography. She has wide photographic experience, both in film and digital photography, incorporating black and white and colour.
Her work to date has been mainly concerned with music, particulary with up and coming Irish artists. Her work is regularly featured in Irish music magazines and can be found on many musicans' websites (view links page). In the Summer of 2008 she was selected as an Irish representative and photographer for European Music festival, Europavox, in Clarmont-Ferrand.
At the moment Christine is currently working on commercial, studio and portrait photography and has recently accepted the postion of in-house photographic editor for www.makemyway.net. She is currently in the process of establishing her own studio.
For the past five months Christine has been dedicated to a self-initiated project based on a narrative around vegetarianism and anti-animal cruelty. This project titled 'Evisceration' is ongoing but took it's first format in the publishing of a book in May 2009.
In addition to this some of the work featured in a group exhibition titled 'Lightbox' in The Joinery, Arbour Hill, Dublin 7 from 21st - 28th May 2009.
