I work on communication before it becomes content, at the level of policies, standards, and shared ways of working that influence how decisions are made.
This means helping organisations move beyond well-intentioned guidance that no one uses, and instead building communication systems that people understand, trust, and apply in their day-to-day work, especially in complex, multilingual, and politically sensitive contexts.

I work on communication at the level where decisions shape behaviour: policies, standards, and shared practices. My focus is on building systems people actually use — particularly in multilingual, decentralised, and politically sensitive organisations — rather than producing guidance that sits on a proverbial shelf.
